Their experience with your company starts from the very first time that they reach out to you and how well you responded to that.
Next is the delivery of Service or Product, or anything the customer wants in particular.
Finally, the result of the service, or basically the ending, was it successful? Did they encounter any problems or challenges? And their overall feedback to your company’s service, were they satisfied or disappointed?
