Our Hiring Process

Prequalifying
A Video Interview, where you’ll respond to tailored behavioral or situational questions; a Skills-Based assessment, tailored to the job, testing your relevant knowledge and abilities; or a Cognitive-Based assessment, including numerical, comprehension, and abstract reasoning, designed for job compatibility assessment.

Assessment Form
This form gathers insights on your qualifications, work history, experience, and behavioral competencies. It helps our recruiters assess your fit with DSM’s culture and dynamic environment, aligning your skills and background with the role and organization.

Initial Interview
This targeted-selection interview round emphasizes your work history, experience, and behavioral competencies. Our certified recruiters assess your alignment with our culture and dynamics during this phase.

Second Interview
This discussion aims to evaluate your potential success in the role, focusing on technical requirements and job demands.
05
Final Interview
You’re almost part of the team! At this stage, a Department Head will meet with you to assess your compatibility with the team and establish expectations.

Job Offer
We may request a reference check prior to extending our initial offer, but we are also willing to have a discussion about your expectations and ensure they align with our employment terms.

Onboarding
Our HR team will guide you through the process of fulfilling pre-employment requirements and help you settle into your new workplace.
