DSM Affiliate Program

Please read these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in DSM Affiliate Program. By signing up for the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1 To become an affiliate, you must apply through our official application process, which can be found on https://getdsm.com/referral/.
1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion, for any reason.

2. Affiliate Relationship

2.1. By joining the Program, you become an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of DESIGN SOURCE MEDIA.
2.2. As an affiliate, you have no authority to bind DESIGN SOURCE MEDIA or enter into any agreements on our behalf.
2.3. You are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations arising from your participation in the Program.

3. Promotional Activities

3.1. As an affiliate, you may promote DESIGN SOURCE MEDIA and its products or services through your website, blog, social media channels, or other approved marketing methods.
3.2. You must use only approved creatives, links, and promotional materials provided by DESIGN SOURCE MEDIA.
3.3. You must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. This includes but is not limited to spamming, false advertising, or using misleading content.

4. Commission and Payout

4.1. You will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link or code.
4.2. Commission rates, eligibility criteria, and payout schedules may be determined by DESIGN SOURCE MEDIA and are subject to change at any time.
4.3. Commissions will only be paid for verified and completed sales. Returns, cancellations, and chargebacks will not be eligible for a commission.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

5.1. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including contact and payment details.
5.2. You must not attempt to artificially increase your commission by engaging in fraudulent activities or self-referrals.
5.3. You shall not bid on or use any trademark, trademark variations, or misspellings of DESIGN SOURCE MEDIA in any online advertising or search engine marketing campaigns without prior written approval.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time and for any reason by giving written notice to the other party.
6.2. If you violate any of the terms and conditions, your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

7. Modification of Terms

DESIGN SOURCE MEDIA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
7.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions via email or through their affiliate dashboard.
7.3. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. DESIGN SOURCE MEDIA will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program or the use of affiliate links.
8.2. DESIGN SOURCE MEDIA’s total liability to you under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 12500 13 Mile Rd, Warren, MI, 48093, United States, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

By joining the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
